Introduction
Why Get Involved?
Existing communities need to benefit from regeneration activities in Medway. These include geographically based communities as well as groups of interest (those who do not necessarily live in the same area but share a common pursuit). Views of these and prospective citizens and employers will be taken into account in order to create a cohesive community and develop the necessary community provision and infrastructure required to achieve genuinely sustainable communities.
Stakeholder Engagement Charter
Medway Renaissance believes that the key to successful regeneration is in the continuous, two-way dialogue between all stakeholder groups and ourselves. We will endeavour to involve all stakeholders at appropriate levels and stages during our regeneration activity, enabling communities to influence the future development of their area.
Stakeholder Engagement Programme
Putting our Charter into practice, we have developed a rolling programme of activities aimed at involving the community in regeneration. We aim to review and update this regularly.
Stakeholder Engagement Toolkit
This toolkit is designed to provide a set of practical guidelines on how to plan for and manage an effective Stakeholder Engagement process.
