'The Time is Now' Rochester Forum
Introduction
'The Time is Now' Rochester Forum was established to bring together local residents and interest groups. They would act as a consultative body for regeneration activity in Rochester.
Membership
There are 19 local residents and 11 organisations represented at 'The Time is Now' Rochester Forum. Local councillors are observers on the group, which is also attended (and chaired) by the Leader of the Council or Chief Executive.

Terms of Reference outline the administrative arrangements for a group. It includes a vision, scope, roles, and responsibilities. 'The Time is Now' Rochester Forum has an established 'Terms of Reference'.
